Return & Refund Policy

1. All Sales Final
Except where expressly authorized by our Support Team, all purchases are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances unless we have issued you explicit approval in writing.

2. When an Exception May Apply
We understand that rare situations can arise. If you believe your order qualifies for an exception—e.g., it arrived damaged, defective, or materially not as described—please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Any request submitted after this period will not be considered.

3. How to Request Authorization

  1. Email our Support Team via our Support Portal.

  2. In your message, include your order number, a brief description of the issue, if we follow up by email please have images of said issue available. 

  3. Wait for an authorization response. Do not ship anything back until you receive an approval and a Return Authorization (RA) number.

4. Return Shipping & Inspection

  • If authorized, you must ship the item back within 14 days of receiving your RA number.

  • You are generally responsible for return shipping costs, unless we specify otherwise in writing.

  • Upon receipt, we will inspect the item. Approval of any remedy (store credit, replacement, or refund) is at our sole discretion.

5. Refunds & Store Credit

  • Refunds (if granted) will be issued only to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to process.

  • Store Credit may be offered instead of a cash refund, at our option.

  • If you are granted a return-based remedy, any shipping or restocking fees we incur may be deducted from your refund or credit balance.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please notify us immediately (within 7 days) so we can correct the issue. We may require photos or other proof before issuing an RA number.
